This Quality Control System applies to all journals published by the International Academic Research Consortium (IARCON). All IARCON journals follow a standardized quality assurance process to maintain the highest standards of scholarly publishing. Our quality control procedures are based on the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), and internationally recognized best practices expected of reputable academic journals.
Purpose
The purpose of the Quality Control System is to ensure that every manuscript published by IARCON journals meets the highest standards of scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, accuracy, and editorial excellence.
Initial Editorial Screening
Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment to verify that it falls within the journal's scope, complies with the author guidelines, meets ethical requirements, and satisfies the journal's formatting and submission standards.
Plagiarism Screening
All manuscripts are screened using Turnitin or equivalent plagiarism detection software before entering the peer review process. Manuscripts with unacceptable similarity or evidence of plagiarism may be rejected or returned to the authors for clarification or revision.
Rigorous Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the originality, scientific validity, methodology, significance, ethical compliance, and overall quality of the research before any editorial decision is made.
Editorial Quality Assurance
Editors carefully assess reviewer reports, verify compliance with publication ethics, evaluate revisions submitted by authors, and ensure that editorial decisions are fair, objective, and based solely on scientific merit.
Production Quality Control
Accepted manuscripts undergo professional copyediting, language editing, formatting, reference verification, DOI validation (where applicable), proofreading, and final author approval before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and publication quality.
Publication Integrity
The Editorial Office continuously monitors published content and takes appropriate action when errors, ethical concerns, or research misconduct are identified. Corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions are issued when necessary in accordance with COPE recommendations.
Continuous Improvement
IARCON regularly reviews and updates its editorial workflows, peer review procedures, publication policies, and production standards to ensure compliance with evolving international publishing practices and indexing requirements.
Commitment to Quality
Our efficient and rigorous peer review, editorial assessment, plagiarism screening, copyediting, proofreading, and production processes ensure that the high quality of all IARCON journals is consistently maintained. Through these comprehensive quality control measures, IARCON is committed to publishing reliable, ethical, high-impact, and internationally recognized scholarly research.
