This study focuses on the unique sociocultural and geographical context of Himachal Pradesh, nestled in the Himalayas, where regional disparities may impact the perception and management of renal stones. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was employed, targeting adults aged 18 and above in Himachal Pradesh. A sample size of 400 participants was determined, considering a 95% confidence level and a 5% non-response rate. A Google Form questionnaire, validated by experts, encompassed socio-demographic data and 20 structured knowledge-related questions.
