Measuring the Extent of the Impact of Mental Toughness among Superiors in Improving the Level of Job Satisfaction: Hard and Soft Skills as An Interactive Variable (A Case Study in the Basra Governorate Office)

This study explored the impact of mental toughness as an independent variable and hard and soft skills as an interactive variable to improve job satisfaction as a dependent variable. The problem of the study stemmed from the following main question: Is it possible to develop and enhance job satisfaction? Through the impact of mental toughness considering the presence of an interactive significant role for skills? The significance of the study is shown through the exposure to the impact of mental toughness on improving the job satisfaction, which has become a pressing necessity to reach a satisfactory number of achievements and meaningful efforts for the organization study, especially with the availability of both hard and soft skills, as a supporting means that characterized the employees of the organization. To reach the study objective, the analysis process was carried out using the descriptive analytical method to determine the correlation and influence relationships between the study variables. The questionnaire form was used as instrument to collect data and information because it is one of the main three tools considered as part to get the necessary data and information from sample members, as the study sample included (150) Each individually. Various statistical methods and programs were applied to the study data to analyze the hypotheses of study and based on programs, the results were extracted (Smart pls, Amos v.25, SPSS).
