Throughout the years, significant developments have been achieved in internet networking and electronic devices, such as smartphones and tablet PCs, which can potentially reduce data storage costs and the error rate of paper-based data collection. The problem is that traditional employee enrollment requires the employee to come to the office to fill out the registration structure and the registration staff manually enters the data into the Excel software, which wastes a lot of time and results in numerous errors; therefore, we propose a Web-based employee registration system that meets the needs of its users. The intelligent system comprises two major components: (1) the part that your app's users utilize to interact with the system resources; (2) the repository of business and system-specific data, where the rules controlling your system are developed based on your business use cases. Findings - A web-based system was designed, developed and installed as a web portal enabling public access to various parties working, for instance, with the medical department. The design increased the system's overall usability and user satisfaction, as indicated by the accumulative evaluation findings.

Cloud computing is a technology that relies on transferring computer processing and depository space to an Internet-accessible server in the cloud. This knowledge technology new application product is converted into services, and cloud computing architecture relies on sophisticated data centers that provide adequate storage capacity for consumers. Some of the programs are offered as services to users. Some worry about entrusting all of their data and files to corporations and cloud service providers since, if the service is successfully breached, a hacker may be able to obtain the data of users, and the possibility of a firm selling or profiting from their data will be a major concern. In contrast, security and power management provide a significant obstacle for inefficient cloud computing services based on cloud service detection. In this paper, to handle this issue, we proposed a novel approach, security and energy management (SAEM) Algorithm, offered to address the security data problem and power consumption by following two key steps. 1) apply the RSA security concept; 2) calculate the power consumption based on CPPM method. We evaluate the following for identifying performance metrics, including file encryption depending on the RSA algorithm and total energy consumption (). The empirical outcomes are presented in the paper.
