Under this oversight, the administration verifies the legality of the actions of its employees and various agencies and their compliance with the law and the surrounding circumstances that necessitate it. Self-administration also gains great importance due to its effectiveness in correcting illegal and inappropriate actions without the intervention of any external party other than the administration itself, and without incurring significant efforts and expenses for those harmed by the administration. Furthermore, it maintains its amicable nature in resolving administrative disputes. Accordingly, we decided to study this important topic using an analytical methodology, addressing its content, evaluation, and how to activate it, whether through the administration itself, in response to a grievance filed by a person harmed by a specific administrative action, or by a relevant party. To clarify this, we divided the study into two sections. The first section is devoted to the mechanisms of administrative oversight over the actions of the administration in Iraqi law. The second section addressed administrative grievances in the face of local government constraints. We concluded the research with the most important findings and presented a set of recommendations that serve and enhance the work of administrative oversight.
</article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
