iarjbmIARJBMIARJBM2708-5147https://doi.org/10.47310/iarjbm.2021.v02i02.035Management of Mining Business Licensing Services at the Energy Service and Mineral Resources of Central Sulawesi ProvinceRudinThe purpose of this study is to analyze the Management of Mining Business Licensing Services at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Central Sulawesi Province and to analyze the factors that hinder and support the Management of Mining Business Licensing Services at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Central Sulawesi Province.  This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used are primary data, namely the results of interviews. Informants in this study were the Head of Mineral and Coal Division, Head of Licensing and General Mining Services Section and employees of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Central Sulawesi Province.  The analytical method used is qualitative analysis.  Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the implementation of the Mining Business Permit (IUP) service at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Central Sulawesi Province was in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedures. Supporting factors for the Mining Business License (IUP) service at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Central Sulawesi Province are adequate facilities and infrastructure such as computers and mapping tools and coordination with local village officials. Constraints faced by the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Central Sulawesi Province in providing services for Mining Business Permits are the incomplete application of the applicant's administrative requirements, the limited number of employees in utilizing modern technology, the presence of officials authorized to legalize licensing applications, which are sometimes being processed. outbound service which causes delay in an application for an exit permit.
