Both primary and secondary data required for the study was collected and analyzed. The study discovered that organizational stress affects the quality productivity of the workers which were caused by improper time management, work over load, study recommended among others; that the organizations should provide modern facilities that will enhance performance and lessen organizational stress. The management should not focus mainly on increased productivity but the welfare of the workers should be seen as priority.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
