Regarding cognitive impairment, he also noted a 1.69-fold increased risk of anesthesia-related defective abstract thinking. Also, there is a relationship between the effects of general anesthesia and the development of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and movement disorders, but this relationship was not confirmed in this study.
