This study relied on the use of the experimental method using pre and post tests on a sample consisting of (10) defensive and midfield players who were randomly selected and the results were analyzed statistically. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test in favor of the experimental sample, as the training program had a positive effect on developing explosive power. The researchers recommend the need to pay attention to explosive strength training because of its positive role on muscular strength and skill development among players.&amp;nbsp;
</article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
