The reliability and effectiveness of the system is based on the information of the vehicle and vehicle owner stored in the database. This gives it the ability to identify the owner and the vehicle whenever he/she come to parked their vehicle. It is also able to record a stolen vehicle with full description of the vehicle and circumstances behind how the vehicle was stolen. The system has two categories of user, first is the system Admin who has full control of the system functionalities in one hand and on the other hand, The Security who is limited to certain functions like checking in and out of vehicles. The development of the system will be based on HTML, CSS and Bootstraps at the front end while PHP and MySQL at the back end.
