The Mojosongo Birdcage Creative Industry Center is vulnerable to national and global economic uncertainty. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that can be used as the basis for formulating strategies to support the sustainable development of these industrial centers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with in-depth interview techniques for data collection. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria that the informants are entrepreneurs who are members of the Mojosongo Birdcage Creative Industry Center. SWOT analysis is used to generate the required strategy recommendations. The results of this study indicate that strategy prioritizes production cost efficiency, institutional strengthening in the form of re-establishing an inter-industry organization and strengthening cooperation with the government as a top priority in restoring the economy of bird cage entrepreneurs after the COVID-19 pandemic. The strategy recommendation is based on a positioning strategy in quadrant two. It shows that the Mojosongo Birdcage Creative Industry Center tends to have a diversification strategy expected to boost business performance significantly and increase competitiveness effectively.
